I have been learning how to make comparisons with my tutor and I get confused when to use どこ、どれ、だら、or いつ.
Here are our practice sentences:
テキサスと、ニューヨーク、カリフォルニア「の中で」、どこが 「いちばん」 すきですか
スキーと、スノーボード、スケート「の中で」、どれが いちばん たのしいですか
日本人と、アメリカ人と、ドイツ人「の中で」、だれが いちばん ビールをのみますか
はると、なつ、あき、ふゆ「の中で」、 いつが いちばん ながいですか

For most, you can probably use どれ (many choices) or どちら・どっち (two choices).
For a place, specifically, どこ.
For individual people (Tom, Dick and Harry), I’d use だれ, but I’d probably use どれ for a nationality. Help on this one, guys.
I wouldn’t use いつ for a season. I’d probably use a more specific time question word for times. どようびと にちようび、なんようびが いちばんべんり ですか。
