Started a new job last night. A5 wagyu nigiri with beluga caviar and gold leaf for my boss


This looks better than it tastes in my opinion, I don’t know why he likes it so much (I think he likes it because it’s expensive)

  1. Probably because it is.. the gold is just a nothing… just a “hey, I have gold on my food, I’m rich”

  2. Beluga caviar and gold leaf? The gold leaf is useless but caviar on A5 kinda bangs with its saltiness to balance out all that fat. Don’t have to use a kind that expensive though, someone is just trying to flex.
