Hello! One week from now, my family and I are visiting Japan for our first time. We are going for 10 days(ish), and when I say that, it’s because we are barely going to do anything for our first and last day.
Day 1: Arrival
\- Arrive at Narita Airport at 8pm local time
\- Get to our hotel at around 10:30pm
Day 2: Asakusa/Akihabara
\- Head out at around 7:30 am
\- Arrive at Asakusa at around 8:30 am
\- Visit Ueno Park at around 1pm
\- Go to Akihabara at around 4pm
\- Head back to accommodation at around 9pm
Day 3: Disney Sea
\- Head out at around 7am
\- Arrive at around 8:30am
\- Head back to accommodation at around 8pm
Day 4: West Tokyo
\- Head out at around 8am
\- Arrive at Meiju Jingu at around 9:15 am
\- Walk around Yoyogi Park at 11 am
\- Walk around Shibuya at 12:30 pm
\- Head to Shinjuku at around 4:30 pm
\- Head back to hotel at around 8:30 pm
Day 5: Tokyo to Osaka
\- Head out at around 7 am
\- Sort out Shinkansen tickets and luggage transportation
\- Head to Chiyoda City for the Imperial Palace at around 9 am
\- Walk around Ginza with spare time at around 12 pm
\- Train leaves at 1:30 pm
\- Arrive at Osaka at around 5:30 pm
\- Walk around Dotonbori at around 6:30 pm
\- Head back to hotel at around 8:30 pm
Day 6: Kyoto – Higashiyama
\- Head out of hotel at around 7 am
\- Arrive at Fushimi Inari Shrine at around 8:30 am (Not going to climb to the top)
\- Head to Kiyomizu Dera at around 12 pm
\- Head to Gion at 3 pm
\- Head back to Hotel at 7pm
Day 7: Arashiyama
\- Head out at 7 am
\- Arrive at Arashiyama at 9am
\- Sagano Scenic Railway at 10 am
\- Walk around Arashiyama town up until 12 pm
\- Tenryu-Ji at 12 pm
\- Head to Kinkaku-Ji at 1:30 pm
\- Head to Nishiki Market at 2:30 pm
\- Walk around Gion/Pontocho Alley at 4 pm
\- Head back to hotel at 7 pm
Day 8: Universal Studios
\- Head to Universal Studios at 7 am
\- Arrive at around 7:30 am
\- Head back to hotel at around 8 pm
Day 9: Kyoto/Osaka
\- Head out at 7 am
\- Arrive at Higashiyama at around 9 am
\- Walk around Sannezeka, Ninenzeka and Hokan-Ji up until 3 pm
\- Head back to Osaka at 3 pm
\- Walk around Dotonbori at 4:30 pm
\- Head back to hotel at 8 pm
Day 10: Final Day
\- Flight will be at 3 pm local time, but we will most likely be just resting before that and go to the airport early to avoid any issues

The main things I’m wondering about this itinerary are, is it doable? Are there any factors I need to consider? I’ve tried considering the fact that we are going to eat at local convenience stores for breakfast and will just find places to eat during the day. I’m not sure what else to add or say, but any tips will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
