Itinerary Check for May 2024?

Hey guys, so I’m travelling to Japan with my friend in May 2024 for the whole month. I’ve made this itinerary with recommendations from this sub, do you think it’s okay? What would you change or move? Also, I’m not sure what are the best transport methods to use to travel between the cities? Thank you so much!

  1. Heyo! My friend and I are actually goin there from May 17-June 3rd! It’s not related to your question but I would like to compare budgets if that’s fine with you? My friend and I were thinking $3000 each (not including tickets). Would that be too much/little for 2 weeks in Japan?

  2. You should probably look at a map of Tokyo and rearrange some of the places you want to go: Ueno to Shibuya and Odaiba to Shibuya and Shinjuku to Odaiba all have you crossing the city. If you try to put all the things in the west (Shinjuku and Shibya together, you’ll not have to worry about figuring out the train system.)

    Be aware that the first week in May is made mostly of holidays, during which you can expect many places in Tokyo to be extra crowded.
