Any special Mexican takes on the food, flavours etc?

The fish is cut with the grain not across.
That isn’t sashimi at all. Pieces of fish swimming on sauce , maybe.
Looks like ceviche, not sasahmi
I would destroy all of that
That’s Tiradito. Similar to ceviche but uses slices of fish similar to sashimi. It’s pretty good depending where you get it from.
Yummmm! Looks delicious and so beautifully plated. What restaurant in Mexico is this?
More Ceviche than Sashimi
That looks really good.
What’s the restaurant called?
Omg looks so good
I had sushi in El Salvador and it was delicious. The seafood was better than I’ve ever had. American food makes my tummy upset and every time I go down there, my ibs clears up. I spent my whole life preparing to get sick when traveling and my ibs clears up every time I travel. I think it’s caused by American processing. 🤷♀️
