Hi all, I’m traveling soon and may be out of the country for a few months.
Everything is okay with immigration, but I may give up my apartment for a while and don’t have any good friends who can hold onto my stuff.
I live outside Tokyo city center, so I was wondering if there’s any shippers who would come to my door and help me move a bunch of stuff to a storage bin, or if there were any such combination services.
I’ve read some threads about moving services but this is a bit different. I guess I’m asking for recommendations on places that will move and accept deliveries for storage of some kind.
Bonus: Any international support would be appreciated. I’ll need to send some boxes overseas and it would be good if the same company could handle both, some going domestic, some going international.

You want to move some of your stuff to a トランクルーム, with someone from such service actually helping you to load stuff? If you cannot rent a car/k-truck yourself, there are companies offering such service: https://www.u-space.com/campaign/unpan/ – that was just first google result, you can maybe use keywords there to find something similar.
I don’t understand the second question, if you’re shipping stuff out Japan Post can pickup your domestic or international shipments if you tell them to do so.
