As the title says I am looking for some good dermatologist in Tokyo. I have a scar in my face that I wanted to get checked. It would be better if the doctor speaks English because I don’t think my Japanese is that good that I can explain my medical conditions clearly.

Shibuya international skin clinic has an excellent doctor from Taiwan, Dr. Hsiao. Not only does she speak great English, but she actually sits down and talks to you to explain text results! Rare to find in Japan. Just make sure to request her when you’re making an appointment. You can do it by email if you don’t wanna call.

Sometimes for smaller follow up visits they’ll put you with another doctor or nurse (with an English speaking nurse to help). if you don’t like that, make it clear when booking appointments.
