I’ve had a couple weeks making nigiri and sashimi so now I decided to make some rolls. I made a salmon Maki roll and a spicy salmon roll. There is obvious improvements like the amount of rice and how I roll the sushi. But overall it turned out delicious. Let me know of any other improvements.
