Need some advise for new job.

I have received a job offer from Toyota Connected Corporation in Nagoya, with an annual salary of 4.4 million yen. My position will be as an IT engineer, and I will be conducting data analysis using R and Python. The CTC is 6.2 million yen, which includes an 80k yen joining allowance(once) and other benefits such as insurance and a housing allowance of 30k yen. I am seeking reviews from anyone who works here. I am interested in learning about the work culture and whether there are any questionable work policies, such as excessive overtime or bias towards foreigners.

At 23, this offer presents a significant challenge for me, as it involves stepping out of my comfort zone and living alone in a foreign place with a different culture. However, I am not opposed to this, as I am eager to experience new things.

If I accept this offer, my plan is to work in Japan for two years and then move on, unless they offer me a US-based salary (which I don’t dare to think about). I am curious to know if this would be good for my career growth.

I would appreciate any advice you can offer.
