  1. Your gonna have a great time, enjoy ☺️👍🏻maybe you’ll see some Sakura 🌸 if it’s early next year🤞🏻

  2. I would do Kyoto-Hiroshima-Osaka. Kind of make no sense to do Osaka twice.

No idea if things are supposed to be in order but do Meiji-jingu first, stores in general do not open before 10-11am, and Harajuku/Takeshita streets are only shopping.

  3. As someone who just spent 6 nights in the hotel next to gracery, your march 24 schedule is crazy light. First, as someone who wandered kabukicho area at 6am, throughout the day, and at past midnight, its a lot more interesting in the evening. You can spend your day elsewhere and go to the gracery hotel area late afternoon. The donki is open 24/7 so good to go to super early or super late to somewhat avoid masses of people. Istean pretty cool but lots of dept stores and malls have impressive food halls. My main point is what you listed can all be done in the late afternoon and evening. Golden gai is kind of cool and semi fun way to hang out with lot of western tourists. I would also minimize tokyo shopping until the end of your trip.
