Defrost and eat
Looks like mitarashi dango. If same/similar you just eat it after thawed.
Yep just naturally defrost. Leave it out on the counter overnight, yummy snack with coffee in the morning.
Fry it in a gallon of oil, sprinkle parsley there you go.
coat with egg and flour, deep fry for 5 min
