Wagyu Shabu at Ginza, Tokyo


The wagyu was amazing (so much marbling) and the vegetables were super sweet and fresh. My partner said he loved the leek the most (beef aside). Originally thought the food wasn’t enough but we were stuffed at the end. We went for the alcohol buffet as well (limited selection but they had my favourite sparkling sake). Came out to about $100 USD per pax, well worth it.

    What was the broth like? I’ve only had shabu-shabu in South Korea and there was a couple of different choices.
