What’s the quickest and easiest way to self-medicate testosterone?

I got diagnosed with sleep apnea last year, and started TRT in February as my levels were below 150 ng/dL. I recently went back to two shots a month, as my levels dropped from over 500 in June to 200 last month, but the doctor told me that I can now only get one shot every two months due to shortages. I get insomnia when my levels get too low, so I think I need to consider self-medicating.

Most people recommend Alibaba, but the only sellers I could find there had high minimum orders. They have gels at Osakado, but it costs around 8000 yen for one month’s worth, which is a little expensive. Are there any other options?

  1. You don’t seem to know much about TRT, do not self medicate, specially off Alibaba.

Try to find a doctor who can help

  2. If you’re on Japanese national health insurance, it would likely pay for this, and provide you a safe source of medication, rather than self-medicating from unreliable sources.

  3. I can’t help but I’d try and see another doctor. People always recommend getting a second opinion.

  4. You can get test from anti-aging clinics. Alas, NHI won’t cover it. I would do that, however, than self-dosing with dodgy shit from Alibaba.

  5. I’m confused, why did you start taking TRT because you were diagnosed with sleep apnea? I didn’t think those were linked.

If you have sleep apnea you should be using a CPAP when you sleep.

  6. Easier and quickest would be working out. Increase protein intake. Take zinc and magnesium a couple times a week. Best workouts for increased T level are squat and deadlift.

Relying in testosterone supplements can’t hinder your body’s ability to produce its own. But don’t take my word for it research it yourself and talk to a Dr.

  7. Getting T supplements only encourages your body to make less of its own. It’s a downward spiral. Do squats and eat more red meat.

  8. I would try to buy online (NOT from Alibaba but from a Japanese online pharmacy that ships actual pharmaceuticals for personal import), then go to a doctor and let them inject it. It’s not illegal to import personal stock of medicine if it’s not a scheduled substance, but I’m not sure if TRT falls under that. I do remember see it on some though.

If that doesn’t work, you could try a pharmaceutical testosterone booster like Proviron which you definitely can import, but consult with your doc. There may also be something else available here that a urologist can prescribe.

I do something similar for other medicine that I can’t get in Japan, my doc is fully aware of it and monitors me for side effects.
