So last time I posted this “every Friday is sushi night” in our house a lot of people told me the spicy tuna was too wet and the rolls were sloppy. I backed wayyyy off on the liquid ingredients and my husband said I did not sacrifice flavor. What do y’all think this time? Better?

Overall has a cleaner look. Spicy tuna still looks too wet. Are you following a recipe to make it or is it out of a bottle? You just want to put enough for it to be a binder and keep it together. If it’s not enough taste wise just have some on the side to dip it in. I’m not going to ask about the nuts. I will say it’s a better idea to crush them and sprinkle on top as opposed to this.
