Has anyone worked in the bento factory before? What did you like / dislike about it?Im recently working at a bento factory its quite hard but i do enjoy it “sometimes”. Because I still don’t have a good language I dont have any other choices except bento and yamato.

I did 1 month part-time around 10 years ago.
Sucked really bad. The people, the atmosphere were so toxic. I didn’t like anything about it.
After that I worked in grocery store making bento and it was way nicer than factory. Slow paced and much friendly environment. Worked there for almost 2 years and the only downside was the wage which was so slow.
I left grocery store about 8 years ago and I’m a freelance now.
