Eyebrow tattoo – micro blading?

Hi everyone, I did some googling but didn’t see anything related to this topic. I know tattoos are culturally frowned upon but was thinking that micro blading (eyebrow tattoos) would most likely be an exception. However, I can’t find any reputable ones? Does anyone have any suggestions on any near Tokyo (not inner Tokyo, but further out). Is there a Japanese borrowed word for this service that I’m unaware of?
