Good day! I will be moving next week to Kansai.
Just wondering, do I have or should I bring omiyage/gift to my real estate agent and owner of the apartment I will be renting? I did not pay 礼金 but of course, I paid the real estate agent for processing fee.

Never paid that to my real estate agent nor owner, but I do give ones to my neighbours. I don’t think it’s super common though. Nice roll of TP oddly enough. Some gave us something back which was nice, jam and such.
You already paid them a whole bunch of money, why do you have to give them more than that?
F no
Wouldn’t gift those people unless they did something over & above. But would get something simple to give new neighbors (& owner if they live on site) when you introduce yourself. Aeon, home centers, etc will have 引越しの挨拶 (ひこしのあいさつ) 手土産 (てみやげ).
We gave hand towels to our neighbors. We’ve received a variety of things over the years from new neighbors: Saran wrap, vegetable keeper bags, small packaged sweets, jam, toilet paper, Kleenex.
Not for the real estate agent or landlord who are already getting their referral fees and key money, but if you’re able I would suggest bringing something small, inexpensive, and consumable like laundry detergent, cleaning products (Daiso), etc to you neighbours to introduce yourself and make a good first impression. Especially if they’re older.
You can if you want to out of kindness. But it’s not mandatory or anything. Most people don’t since it’s just them doing their job and you’re already paying them a lot of money as it is.
Japanese people also don’t particularly give gifts to realtors unless they are personal friends. But that’s more based on friendship than being provided a service.
