Weird question but I don’t know what stores are which here and hence where to find certain things, is there like a Japanese version of Walmart I can go to?
Seiyu is the same company as Walmart . I dunno if they have a massage gun tho

There’s a Yamada near me. I saw a bunch of massagers there the other day.
Saw a few in Tokyu Hands as well
I bought mine from Amazon
I saw one at Cainz yesterday, near the yoga mats.
I saw them at Bic Camera and Yodobashi last weekend.
They are literally EVERYWHERE. Our local chain drugstore and supermarket has displays of them. Tokyu Hands has many of them. Korean goods shops have displays. Ubiquitous.

Literally ANY electrical goods store of which there are 17 per person in this country. Oh and also any home/lifestyle store or department store. Or Amazon or a million other online places.

Costco sometimes
you can try don quijote or bic camera, they usually have a good selection of health and wellness products.
