Omakase at Ishimaru (Omiya-ku, Saitama, Japan)


What a phenomenal experience. Ishimaru is about 45 minutes from Shinjuku station and costs ¥20,000 for dinner. Over 20 courses and each one was composed perfectly. Reservations can be made one month in advance on LINE. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area!
