My first contribution to this sub: Homemade sushi!

I’ve been lurking in this subreddit for a few months now. It’s been incredibly helpful while learning to make homemade sushi.

Today we have a bit of an assortment. Yellowtail Crudo with a homemade Yuzu drizzle, Norwegian Salmon and Yellowfin Tuna sashimi and Nigiri, as well as a basic Yellowtail maki. The inside-out roll is stuffed with a hearty piece of tuna and topped with Salmon. Nothing too fancy, but it was delicious.

Unfortunately, I lacked the ingredients for any garnishing, so I had to settle for some basic but still delicious sushi.

Definitely open to criticism and advice as well! Personally, I think the yellowtail maki has a bit too much rice.
