Since you live in Henderson buy your salmon filleted from Ocean Providence seafood. Freeze the slabs and cut them whenever you want salmon sashimi. Wayyy cheaper and more delicious.
I don’t get why you would pay $19 for cut sashimi when you can just buy the loin for $5 and cut your own slices. But hey, I guess that’s why Whole Foods is rich.
