If you mean like something to tell someone that you wish them safety, maybe “ご無事をお祈りしております” which literally translates to “I am praying for your safety”. But this is what you say to someone who’s in a dangerous place. If you just want to wish someeone well, you say ‘どうぞご自愛ください’ or ‘これからもどうぞお身体にお気を付けください’, which both basically mean keep good care of your body and I hope you stay healthy, obviously in a very nice and poilite way.
There are no prayers, Japanese or otherwise, that will keep anyone safe from any distance
