I’m trying to cancel my subscription “I always cancel for a short while right before WK” and it gives me this message. I tried via the website and the site essentially is just the app not allowing me to unsub. Would be nice if they were a bit more competent…

  2. have you tried reaching out to their customer support? i had a similar issue and they were able to help me cancel my subscription. it’s frustrating when the process isn’t straightforward, but hopefully they can assist you with this.
