If you are flying from N America or continental Europe and arriving in greater Tokyo, you will be absolutely exhausted by mid day the first day. This is assuming your connections into the city go well, you eat properly and drink lots of water and get a solid 7 hours sleep going into your first day.
Your schedule for day one is ambitious and not sure if you are familiar with all the little details of being in Japan: the riding of trains, orientation around the city, the language and just the overall ways things are while arriving into a new country.
I would aim to maybe do half of the things you wish to see into your first day there. Disneyland for day two will be challenging as you will be walking a lot while still getting used to the time change
I stopped reading after Day three..you’re going to have to make some decisions as you have a real full itinerary
I really really hope you and your friends are travelling light for a weeks trip..like 30 litre/small bag light. It will make navigating around much easier
KIX has really bad management, check-in and security check took almost 3 hours today for us
, you’d be shocked by seeing that huge line to security check, suggest to look for more information about your airline at KIX, luggage weight, check-in time etc. Better shop in the city than at the airport, because you probably won’t have time for it. btw heard about KIX has a great observation deck, unfortunately we didn’t get time to see it
