Any specific reason you want to go to to yokohkma? With such little time, I would put more time into tokyo. Your Dec 22nd seems packed to me. Allow more time to wander. Maybe go to Akihabara instead of yokohoma, then you can find things in the vicinity.
I would probably move Hakone to the end of or middle of your trip and as noted – cut out Yokohama if you were doing a day trip to Hakone instead and put that towards exploring Tokyo a bit more.
The jetlag is kind of brutal and Hakone is a trip. I would probably wait to get accustomed a little bit before making a long 2hr journey out. That’s just me.
Actually I am just now noticing you are doing Kawaguchiko and Yokohama in the same day? Absolutely not.
Think of Tokyo -> Yokohama -> Hakone -> Kawaguchiko as a circle. It takes about 2-3hrs by bus to get from Hakone to Kawaguchiko. From Kawaguchiko you’d have to go back through Tokyo to get to Yokohama which would take another 3-4hrs. Probably longer for those unfamiliar with the transit system. In no way shape or form is that an efficient plan to put Kawaguchiko and Yokohama in the same day. You could complete the circle by going Tokyo -> Hakone – > Kawaguchiko -> Tokyo but I think I’d cut out Yokohama all together. I’d probably pick either one or the other when it comes to a one night trip out to Hakone or Kawaguchiko too tbh.
