1. Izakaya Three Fish in Bozeman. It was an amazing 15+ course menu. I don’t remember much of what I ate other than it was amazing

   I thought i took more good pictures but they were blurrier than i thought. Sake problems

2. Can i ask a foolish question: Why is it on ice? I understand one would want to avoid it getting warm, but wouldn’t this change the flavor?
