I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology and I wanted to apply for Mext for Masters. My main focus is child psychology/ developmental psychology but I am unable to find a Japanese university that offers a psychology program in English. Another thing is that I am looking for a university that only requires English proficiency certificate and not a standard test. Can anyone here guide me??

There is a reason for that….
That is not a strong field in Japan and they are decades behind what you see in the west. “Suck it up” and “don’t be a bitch” are very much a thing in Japan. Mental illness is seen as a weakness and most of the field is dedicated to severe cases where the patient needs 24 hour care. What you learn in the west is not comparable.
