I’m looking for it to make homemade oatmilk (because the oatmilk I’m used to is no longer available near me, and was anyway a bit expensive). I cannot find the alpha-amylase in powder form (like I can in other locations), nor as digestive supplement capsule form. Has anyone been making oatmilk at home?

I don’t think you can find amylase for that purpose easily in Japan.
But a [product](https://earth-milk.net/products/oat-milk-base-1) for making oatmilk is available. This is a package of oatmeal and enzyme which they say is enzyme created for this product, not amylase. And they say you can make 2 liters of oatmilk with 1 package (1,180 yen and shipment, maybe).
