If your Dospara is like the one we have here in Kyoto, maybe year end sales or even back to school sales. They also have quite frequent outlet sales, or simply some “let’s clear up some space in the shop” sales. PC Koubou is the same, and I suspect it might be the same at Mouse in Osaka.
It also depends on what you want. I was to buy one of their Galleria laptop (one with an Intel CPU are ARC mobile GPU) because it was heavily discounted. Then I checked some review videos on YouTube and not only was the laptop super noisy, it was also running extremely hot (in the 100c vicinity, close to the CPU limit) so I’d recommend you don’t let the discount fool you into an impulse purchase.
