In foyles on the floor with books in different languages, they also have manga and novels in Japanese.
When I was in London, I visited the Japan Centre in Leicester Square. They had a shop which had Japanese books. I’m not sure if they had Japanese manga, but they might have some.

If your living in London then it may be worth trying your local library, lots of them have community language sections with Japanese language books and manga.
