If you eat a raw wasabi plant everyday you might even get photographic memory. And don’t forget Japanese rice doesn’t cause high blood sugar, or maybe it’s because Japanese have special genes, can’t remember which it was or maybe both.

Yes. Eating wasabi improves my memory. Every time I eat it, I am reminded that I do in fact have a nose.
Yeah they remember not to eat it again for the rest of their lives.
Doubt this increases the availability of real wasabi at restaurants. I love real wasabi but you usually only find it at high end restaurants
