   I believe what they Wanted to say was – **The Yearly Regular Pay Rose 3.2%.**

   A 3.2% Monthly increase would give a 38.4% yearly increase in pay – **Which is OBVIOUSLY not the case.**

   …. *Who writes these articles*, and do they not know simple math???
