Need Job Change Advice

Hello All,

I am currently interviewing at a bunch of companies and had a question. Currently, I am looking for a cybersecurity role, but will accept a help desk role. One of the companies I interviewed with has offered me a help desk job and I asked them for a few days to think about it and give them an answer. I hate my current job and desperately need a new one so this is great news.

The problem is, I really want a cybersecurity role. The interviews I have had with the cybersecurity companies have been good and I am just waiting for the second interview(s) to be scheduled. So my question is, if I accept this help desk job and then quit in a few months, can that effect me negatively?

My current thinking / plan is: Accept the one that has already been offered so that I have something secured. Then, look for a better job and quit / stay on at this company for 6 months to a year to build up experience.
The only negative I can think of is that I will burn any future bridges with this company and the recruiter that introduced the position to me if I quit too soon. I don’t know the Japanese market so I am not sure how this can effect me.
