2. Neat combo!
   This gives me an idea to do kani-meshi (crab cooked into the rice) and put it into inarizushi.

3. Did you add vinegar to the rice or is it plain?

5. I see this trend all over now to add toppings to Inari. Is that actually popular in Japan too? Don’t recall ever seeing it in Japan
