  1. I recommend against using From Japan. About 2 years ago I had an order that disappeared in customs at LAX. However I had paid extra for From Japan’s premium protection plan which was supposed to cover the cost of a lost delivery. I sent several emails with proof that the package was never delivered but no one responded. Eventually I filed a credit card dispute and won, after which From Japan banned my account.

  2. I used FromJapan a few Times already (small Things like Puzzles and big Things like my Pachinko Machine) and never had any Issues. From my side i would recommend it.
