Soy sauce will not kill parasites in fresh raw salmon. Cooking or freezing will. Sorry for bumming anyone’s trip as long as it’s not a trip to the doctor’s.

It does look good but I’m very picky about what fish I eat raw and salmon is not one of them. They can carry parasites.
