  2. It does look good but I’m very picky about what fish I eat raw and salmon is not one of them. They can carry parasites.

    Soy sauce will not kill parasites in fresh raw salmon. Cooking or freezing will. Sorry for bumming anyone’s trip as long as it’s not a trip to the doctor’s.

  3. It looks really good.. Can it be eaten just like this or does it have to be cooked? Is it safe?
