Studying Abroad In Japan

Hello,

I am a 23 year old woman and I would be truly interested in pursuing my studies in Japan within the next 2 years. I plan to start by attending a language school and then continue on to university. My goal is to study commerce, from the first year until the last, at a university in Japan. However, I’ll be quite honest; I am somewhat anxious about my age, considering that completing language school and university will likely bring me to around 30-35 years old. Will companies still consider hiring me despite my gender and age? It might sound silly, but it concerns me a lot. I wanted to get your opinion on whether this is feasible. Thank you in advance for your responses.

  2. It is uncommon for undergrad but who cares. I’d look into the [global 30](https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=https://www.studyinjapan.go.jp/en/_mt/2021/07/Degree_courses_in_english_2021.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwjBjMGq-9eCAxUqplYBHbO7CLsQFnoECCgQAQ&usg=AOvVaw3Zm7GS9ea7r8s7vx0VSNqZ) program, there are all English undergrad degrees you can apply to now and take japanese classes while studying so you can skip language school. Also look into the mext scholarship.
