Day 1 of eating Japanese inspired


I know this is by no means traditional. I am using what I already had in my kitchen. I am going off of incorporating more pickled veggies, fish, rice and miso soup. I know I didn’t check off some of these. Any recommendations on what I can shop for to add more Japanese inspired dishes to my meals would be much appreciated! 🙂
