We had the right leader for Bullet Club War Dogs the entire time

  1. Just to elaborate – I know Tama’s face turn has done alright with the domestic audience, but the overall Bullet Club canon just feels directionless without any real ties to the original club, Fale isn’t there much and was never the leading man in the stable so it’s not really a story he can take.

It would have been so much better if Tama had been the one to put Jay out of the company, then put together War Dogs. He’s the guy you want firing up a bunch of young violent guys ready to force their way onto the scene, and it would also have helped add some direction to the current BC canon and what’s what with the different clubs.

  2. Honestly, he’d probably have done better than Finlay has. I fucking loathe face Tama Tonga but he was obviously a great personality as a heel. A reality where you had Tama in a role kind of like Suzuki in Suzuki-gun, where he’s in the background of the stable compared to the major players but is the one who ties the whole faction together. That would’ve been pretty sick.

  3. There is definitely something brewing in Bullet Club, w/ House of Torture bringing in the Gates of Agony. Didn’t see it coming, but I be damned if it wasn’t a great new edition to that branch. I agree Chase to me is in the same boat back when the Elite were fired by the Tongan death squad. He & the Tokyo pimp sided w/ them in there matches but once they all moved to AEW, Jay let them back in to the BCOG. Chase could be HoT if he really needed to align w/ someone in BC, but really it’s just a great wrestler treading water until he is excommunicated out of BC to align with the Tongans which really doesn’t feel right. He could be under the banner of Fale’s Rogue Army, but he’d have to do way more work down under for it to have any real impact. Best thing to do is go to Gedo, let him go to AEW & fill Juice’s spot then be a permanent member. He has good history with Jay & he’d be a great fit being from Tennessee along with his career started in the Indy scene across many promotions. It feels right because the Gunn’s would mesh with him as well. Once Juice returns, it just solidifies the stable even more that would allow them to pursue either of the 6man straps & lead to them putting a title on Jay as well. It’s just the best fit & a great way for him to work double duty or Tony just pays & makes him All Elite. Also, I agree NJPW really blew it as stated by the individual earlier that the true leader should’ve been Tama heading up War Dogs, then bring Finlay in w/ those guys to help him gain much more credibility to an eventual changing of the guard. Whew, my apologies for such a long post, but I’d love anyone else’s thoughts or opinions to what I’ve stated.

  4. I said this for a while. When Finlay became BC leader I was a little aggravated. Even Jay White, don’t get me wrong I love New Japan Jay White he killed it! No question! But I’m also the same, idk what it is about face Tama Tonga. He just don’t hit for me like heel Tonga and the fact we didn’t get him to lead BC????

There’s a universe somewhere Tama led BC with an iron fist!

  5. They gave Tama a million chances as a singles heel and he failed & underwhelmed completely every time. Finlay hasn’t really killed it either, but giving the shot to someone new was still better

  6. I’ll accept it if Tama reunites with Bullet Club to take the world title from Naito after a crazy G1 run.
