My first try at making sushi! This forum inspired me :)


Spicy salmon, regular salmon, salmon/crab/cucumber. All used with fresh faroe island salmon

    Little bit of advice if that’s okay – use less rice
    Don’t be scared of seeing the seaweed through the thin layer of rice or having minor holes, the fish will stand out more and you can eat more sushi (as the rice is the filling part)
