This dessert sushi I found

The rice was replaced with some coconut mash, there was a banana slice in the middle and the whole thing was topped of with whipped cream and a blueberry. I found it at a chain buffet restaurant that shall not be named operating in Finland, this location was in a mall just outside of Helsinki.
