Whether it was some kind of advertisement or a plain old shitpost, neither of those things require fully complete and grammatical sentences, thus allowing for a bit of wordplay by combining ございます and マイルド. Having it make sense to non-Japanese people has no bearing on the construction.
It’s a portmanteau, or the intentional blending/overlap of two words into one. In this case the -ma of -masu, and the ma- of mairudo-.
It isn’t grammatically correct and has no bearing on politeness. And it was most likely invented by the poster on the spot.
It’s just a joke OP. It’s clearly super-obvious wordplay…
