I’ve been living in Kyoto for almost a year, I used my time mostly on working part time and learning Japanese. well, sometime I hang out with some of my friends to some place to eat together…
I really like the Ichiran ramen system, it’s very unique! I have a bad habit at eating food, it’s kind a messy and vulgar, in this place, I felt like I’m alone and no one see me, making me eating the food the way I like.
I wonder if there’s any other thing cool things about Japanese food(or the restaurant system)…

Nope. There’s nothing about Japanese food anywhere.
q:how to make any dish into Japanese food?
a: add some soy sauce
Kushimonogatari – deep fryer in the middle of the table. Go grab your own kushikatsu and fry it there.
Fun if you don’t have small kids.

Trust me, no one cares how you eat even if it’s out in the open.
Ichiran is small portions of average ramen at high prices. Not sure why anyone besides tourists and people with nothing to eat at 3am goes there.
