If I get my CoE I’ll be moving to Osaka next march to study a 2 year program, I work as a full time video editor for a youtuber, that’s how I plan to support myself during my study. I know legally it’s probably a no-go. But could I get in trouble for this? I plan to keep receiving my money to my account on my home country and then just send me some money to the japanese bank account I’ll need to have. Is there any info on how to go about this? That I know that my situation is not exactly common.

While on a student status of residence you can request permission from immigration to engage in activities outside of the scope of your status of residence.
If you receive this permission, then you would be allowed to work up to 28 hours per week (eg part time). This limit applies regardless of where your employer is based or how you receive remuneration.
You will owe Japan taxes on this income. Income derived from work performed while in Japan is considered domestically sourced income. Regardless of where your employer is based or how you receive remuneration.
I have a work visa, not a student visa, but aren’t you allowed to work some hours (28?) on a student visa anyway?
