I got charged more than what I expected for UQ mobile so I wanted to check the breakdown (billing statement) of my charge.
I logged into MY UQ app but no good. My Japanese wife also couldn’t figure it out lol.
Any help from anyone who has been using UQ?

Try login on from the my uqmobile website and look for 請求金額照会（詳細）for detailed invoice. But it doesn’t really breakdown that much, only the usual: Plan, Call charge, etc.
How much were you expecting, and how much was the charge? Is it your first bill from them?
Use the app.
If you tap the outstanding bill figure on the first screen, you get to another screen which underneath the numbers has a red button labelled より詳細な内訳を確認する, which will take you to a detailed breakdown.
As others say, it’s most likely the 3,300 yen new contract paperwork fee.
