What I’ve heard is the more money you invest the more likely they will accept your business. So I will bring more than $100k USD to the table.
The need to operate in Japan: we want to focus on providing rental studios for podcasters, content creators, musicians, voice-overs, Youtubers etc.
I guess that’s the business plan, I have 25+ years in the music industry and running profitable content and production studios.

**Is a production studio/recording studio a valid PR investment?**

The investment should be appropriate for the business, so for a professional recording studio would $100kUSD even be enough? That stuff gets super expensive super quickly.
I suppose your business plan should also include details about how you’re going to find talent. Having a track record of success will definitely help, but you’ll still need to prepare a fully fleshed out business plan for immigration to review. You’ll definitely want to hire a professional to help draw up that plan. Compared to the gear you’d need to buy the lawyer would be a drop in the bucket.
Do you want to run a business or just live in Japan?
