It’s not a licensed profession in Japan. It’s more or less interchangeable with seitai (some places advertise as doing both), which is also not a licensed profession. It’s just massage with more steps.
What you are looking for is a sekkotsu / seikotsu, which is licensed (judo therapists) and they can take insurance, but only for injuries.
….but it’s also basically massage with extra steps, as far as I can tell…
