Need someone to help me with my Japanese homework

My mandatory subject in school is Japanese and I really suffer with it since the lesson is too fast for me to catch up. Can anyone show me what grammar or sentences I can use to talk about “what I do last week” so I can do my homework. I’m really desperate to find help here cuz non of my friend know any Japanese.

  1. For that, you would have to know the word for last week combined with how to conjugate verbs into past tense (ました for positive, ませんでした for negative) I’m assuming you hopefully already have a vocab list of possible works to use and how to conjugate verbs?

  2. Are you able to record the lessons on your phone or another recording device to play back later?
That might help you to keep pace with the lessons a little better.
