Aw man, Okinawa food was on my bucket list for the longest time. I just spent 4 weeks in Japan and totally forgot about it!

My great aunt was from Okinawa and I loved her food, they really love sweet potatoes, pretty much every meal had sweet potatoes. She lived to 101, I’d kill for some of her home cooked meals again.
