We’re interested in visiting Ine fishing village and Miyama thatched village in Kyoto, but we don’t know if they are worth the day trip. We love pretty scenery and aesthetic places, so if anyone has any recommendations, we would love to hear them. (keep in mind we are going during winter)
Also, if any of y’all have recommendations for black girl friendly clubs in Tokyo and Kyoto, let me know!! ⸜(｡˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡

Gotokuji Temple is probably not worth the trip. (I live in the area and never take people there unless they specifically request it.) There are a few shelves of little cat dolls, but the shelves are periodically cleaned off. Otherwise, it’s just a typical temple and not even the prettiest place in the immediate neighborhood. Maybe instead go to only Shibuya and Shinjuku areas. You can go to Meiji Jingu (another uninteresting shrine) and the notorious tourist trap of Takeshita Doori on your way between Shibuya and Shinjuku. That’ll save your travelling across the city on Day 5.
